How to Make the Perfect Espresso ☕


1️⃣ Grind Fresh Beans – Use 18-20g of finely ground coffee (texture of fine sand).

2️⃣ Distribute & Tamp – Evenly distribute grounds in the portafilter and tamp firmly for even extraction.

3️⃣ Purge & Lock – Flush hot water through the group head, then securely lock the portafilter in place.

4️⃣ Extract the Shot – Start the machine and time 25-30 seconds for a balanced espresso with golden crema.

5️⃣ Taste & Adjust – Sour? Grind finer. Bitter? Grind coarser. Weak crema? Use fresh beans.

6️⃣ Clean Up – Dispose of used grounds, rinse the portafilter, and wipe down the machine for optimal performance.
